Payment Terms
- All payments for BrandVerse services must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Agency.
- Prices are not listed on the website, as each service is customized; payments are processed through authorized communication with BrandVerse representatives or AI-assisted workflows.
- Any and all sales made via this website, its communications, or associated invoices shall be final and non-refundable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted once a payment is
made or a service is initiated.
This includes services purchased, booked, or initiated through
online forms, chat interactions, or AI-assisted engagements.
By proceeding with any purchase or communication, you
acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in its entirety.
Guarantee Clause – “work For Free Until It Happens”
BrandVerse operates under the spirit of its “Work for
Free Until It Happens” philosophy — a commitment to
high-quality, results-oriented creative execution.
However, this is not a financial guarantee and
does not imply assured commercial outcomes or multiplier
conversions.
Individual results may vary based on client inputs, cooperation,
brand alignment, and external market conditions.
Detailed guarantee terms are provided below as part of this
policy.
Introduction To The Guarantee Terms
These Work for Free Until It Happens Guarantee Terms &
Conditions (“Guarantee Terms”) form an extension of
and must be
read in conjunction with the BrandVerse Terms & Conditions
available on this website.
By engaging BrandVerse (“Agency”) for its AI Video
Funnels, AI
Systems, or related services, the client (“Client”)
agrees to
these Guarantee Terms in full.
These Terms define the specific conditions under which the
BrandVerse
“Work for Free Until It Happens” performance guarantee
applies.
This guarantee is a conditional, results-based
commitment, not a financial refund promise.
All payments remain final, and no refunds will be issued under
any circumstance.
Purpose Of The Guarantee
BrandVerse offers this guarantee as a goodwill commitment to
clients who fully deploy, activate, and sustain their BrandVerse
AI systems and video funnels as designed.
The intent is to ensure measurable, data-backed results within
agreed parameters when the Client fulfills all
obligations outlined below.
Eligibility Conditions
The “Work for Free Until It Happens” Guarantee will be valid only if all the following eligibility conditions are met:
- Full System Deployment
- All AI video assets, automation sequences, CRM integrations, lead systems, and funnel workflows provided by BrandVerse must be fully deployed, active, and live for a continuous period of no less than 90 (ninety) days.
- Any system or video not made live within this timeframe invalidates the guarantee.
- Client Approval & Timelines
- All AI videos and systems must be approved within two (2) iterations or versions from the date of first delivery.
- Delays or requests for more than two (2) iterations will render the guarantee automatically void.
- Feedback must be shared within 24 hours of delivery; failure to respond within that period is treated as implied approval and disqualifies the client from the guarantee.
- Marketing Activation Requirement
- The client must run at least one (1) active Meta Ads campaign (or equivalent paid traffic source) during the 90-day period.
- The client must also maintain active organic social media posting relevant to their brand at least twice per week to ensure continuous top-of-funnel engagement.
- If no paid or organic marketing activity is active, the guarantee will be void.
- CRM & Lead Engagement
- The client must actively follow up with leads delivered via BrandVerse AI Systems.
- CRM tracking and follow-up records must show consistent engagement by the client’s sales or marketing team.
- Failure to follow up with more than 30% of generated leads or non-use of the CRM system invalidates this guarantee.
- Mandatory Review Meetings
- The client must attend at least one BrandVerse AI Performance Review Meeting every 15 days.
- Failure to attend even one scheduled meeting (without 24-hour prior notice) voids the guarantee.
- Communication Protocol
- The client must remain responsive to all official BrandVerse communications (emails, WhatsApp messages, or AI-agentic updates).
- If the client fails to respond to any official communication within 24 hours, the guarantee becomes invalid.
- If communication ceases for more than 3 consecutive days, the guarantee is permanently void.
Performance Metrics
For the guarantee to apply, BrandVerse systems must show measurable improvement in core performance multipliers based on the Client’s chosen service tier.
- Applicable Metrics Include
- Lead Interest Rate – from top-of-funnel to mid-funnel.
- Show Rate – percentage of leads who attend scheduled calls/meetings.
- Conversion Rate – from meeting to sale or booking.
- Engagement Rate – interaction with AI videos or ad creatives.
- Measurement Criteria
- The improvement multiplier (e.g., 2x, 3x, etc.) shall apply across at least one of the above metrics during the 90-day activation period.
- Data must be recorded in the BrandVerse Dashboard or Client CRM to be considered valid.
- If any of the metrics mention in 7.1 improve as per the purchased package (e.g., 2x promise), the guarantee is considered fulfilled.
Invalidation Conditions
The following circumstances will immediately render the “Work for Free Until It Happens” guarantee void:
- Failure to deploy BrandVerse systems or videos within 14 days of delivery.
- Client edits, alters, or overrides BrandVerse-provided creative assets or AI workflows without written approval.
- More than two (2) revisions requested on any deliverable.
- Delayed feedback exceeding 24 hours per iteration.
- Incomplete system launch (missing funnel pages, inactive CRM, or videos not made public).
- No active paid campaign (Meta, Google, or equivalent) or no organic posting for more than 10 consecutive days.
- Failure to attend fortnightly review meetings.
- Non-responsiveness for over 24 hours or cessation of communication for more than 3 days.
- Non-cooperation in providing ad access, brand assets, or credentials needed for campaign setup.
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or delayed invoices.
- Violation of BrandVerse Terms of Service, including misuse of content, systems, or AI tools.
- Inconsistent data reporting or tampering with CRM analytics or ad metrics.
- Failure to maintain sales team follow-ups for leads provided.
- Unauthorized use of BrandVerse IP, frameworks, or AI systems post-engagement.
- Discontinuation of collaboration or cancellation of services before 90 days of active deployment.
If any one of the above occurs, this guarantee is immediately null and void.
Creative Authority
To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the guarantee, the Client acknowledges that:
- All creative, strategic, and deployment decisions shall rest solely with BrandVerse.
- The Client shall not interfere with the design, scripting, editing, or publishing of BrandVerse videos, funnels, or ads.
- BrandVerse reserves the right to deploy creative assets, scripts, voiceovers, and ad copy at its discretion for optimal results.
Any attempt to override, delay, or alter BrandVerse’s creative direction invalidates the guarantee.
Timeline & Completion
- The evaluation period begins only after the full AI System and Video Funnel are deployed and live.
- The guarantee remains applicable only for a 90-day continuous operational period.
- BrandVerse will define the internal performance review timeline and reserve the right to determine when “It Happens,” based on quantifiable data metrics.
- Any requests for extensions or pauses are not permitted unless authorized in writing by BrandVerse.
Financial Terms
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- This guarantee does not imply reimbursement or refund under any circumstance.
- The “Work for Free” clause applies solely to continued creative service support until defined metrics are achieved—not to refund of money.
- The maximum liability of BrandVerse under this guarantee is limited to the continued provision of creative services, subject to these Terms.
Data Access & Compliance
- The Client must grant BrandVerse access to all campaign data, CRM dashboards, and ad accounts necessary for analysis.
- Denial or restriction of such access voids the guarantee.
- BrandVerse may use aggregated, anonymized performance data for internal analytics or case studies.
Force Majeure
BrandVerse shall not be liable for failure to fulfill any obligations under this guarantee if prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, technical outages, API limitations, regulatory changes, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other acts of God.
Governing Law
These Guarantee Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Indian Penal Code, 1860
- Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Acceptance
By purchasing, activating, or using any BrandVerse service associated with the Work for Free Until It Happens framework, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to:

- All conditions of eligibility and invalidation herein.
- That this guarantee is performance-based, non-refundable, and subject to BrandVerse discretion on fulfillment.
