Payments & Refund Policy
- Total Compensation : The fees for services provided by Rudyculous Entertainment (“Company”) will be detailed in the engagement agreement or as discussed during the booking process. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. The total amount will be displayed in the payment link, checkout page, or invoiced directly to the client.
- Advance Payment : A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any engagement. This payment guarantees the Company’s availability for the scheduled date and time. Failure to make this payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Final Payment : The remaining balance is due before the scheduled production day or final content delivery. If the final payment is not completed, Rudyculous Entertainment reserves the right to withhold services or cancel the engagement without refunding the advance. Payments must be made via the website’s payment gateway or as specified in the booking terms.
- Discounts and Offers : Special offers or discounts provided by Rudyculous Entertainment (“Company”) are valid solely for the specific quotation, transaction, or invoice to which they are explicitly applied. Such offers or discounts shall not be deemed applicable to any other transactions, quotations, or future engagements. The Company reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any deals, offers, or discounts at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy for Cancellations : For cancellations made more than 30 days before the content delivery, the client will receive a partial refund, minus a 50% cancellation fee of the advance, as some content creation work would have already commenced. This policy ensures fair compensation for the Company’s commitment and scheduling.
- Non-Refundable Cancellations : Cancellations made less than 30 days before the final deliverables date are non-refundable. Due to high demand for our services, short-notice cancellations prevent the Company from rescheduling with other clients.
- Extenuating Circumstances : In rare situations, such as unforeseen emergencies, Rudyculous Entertainment may issue a discretionary refund or reschedule the engagement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling by Rudyculous Entertainment
- Company-Initiated Cancellations : If Rudyculous Entertainment must cancel the engagement due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable situations, the client will be notified promptly. In such cases, the client may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the engagement. The Company can assist in recommending a suitable alternative if requested.
- Rescheduling Policy : If rescheduling is required, both parties will agree on a new date, and any additional costs will be covered by the client. Rescheduling is only permitted if mutually agreed upon and may involve additional fees depending on the new date and logistical adjustments.
- Postponements : In the event of a postponement due to external factors, Rudyculous Entertainment and the client will establish new terms for the engagement, which may include adjustments to payment and service terms. Any logistical or additional costs resulting from postponements are the responsibility of the client.
Payment Security and Data Protection
- Secure Payment Gateway : Payments made through the Rudyculous Entertainment website or related payment gateways are processed securely to protect client data. All transactions are encrypted, and no sensitive payment information is stored on the website. Clients are encouraged to review the payment processor’s privacy policy.
- Personal Data : Personal information provided during booking will only be used to complete transactions and manage engagements. Rudyculous Entertainment respects the privacy of our clients and will not share data with unauthorized third parties.
- Compliance with Privacy Laws :Rudyculous Entertainment is committed to complying with relevant privacy regulations to protect client information. Any requests for data access, rectification, or deletion can be directed to the Company’s management team.
